Korea’s Timeless Capital Known as “the museum without walls,” Gyeongju is a city where history and culture come alive. As the capital of the ancient Silla Kingdom , Gyeongju is home to an extraordinary collection of temples, royal tombs, and ancient relics, making it one of the most historically rich destinations in South Korea.
